Customer Success Manager

Systems-focused designer with strong UX instincts and clean interface sensibility.

New York

Full Time

We’re looking for a systems thinker with an eye for precision and calm UX. As Senior Product Designer at Prospect, you’ll help shape an interface that thousands of finance, ops, and strategy teams use to think clearly, move fast, and act confidently.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and customer success to bring clarity to complex workflows—and turn those into beautiful, intuitive experiences. You should love designing around constraints, simplifying dense data, and crafting moments of real elegance in an otherwise noisy category.

What you’ll do:

  • Design core features across the platform: dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting tools

  • Partner with engineering to ship high-quality, scalable UI

  • Work directly with customers to understand real-world pain points

  • Evolve and maintain Prospect’s visual system and component library

  • Collaborate on product strategy, balancing performance, usability, and aesthetics

  • Push for clarity—always

Why Prospect?

We’re building a platform that values clarity over complexity, signal over noise. That philosophy extends to how we work—thoughtful processes, calm collaboration, and a shared focus on creating something genuinely useful. We don’t chase trends or bloat our roadmap. We ship what matters, and we stand by it.

As a designer here, you won’t be buried under layers of hierarchy or stuck styling feature creep. You’ll work with a sharp, kind team that values craft, momentum, and real user impact. The product is strong, the bar is high, and your fingerprints will be all over what we ship next.

Sound like you?

We’d love to hear from you so apply now.

Apply Now

We keep it simple. Just tell us who you are, show us what you’ve done, and let us know why this role feels right. No cover letter required—just clarity, curiosity, and a signal that you care.
